“To design a service is to design a journey and, ultimately, a moment in life (Tenny Pinheiro)”.
Since deepened by Stephen Vargo and Robert Rush in 2004, service has become increasingly important, championed as the new Dominant Logic (S-D Logic).
In the field of developing products and services, we are practicing Product Service System Design (PSSD) projects in collaboration with companies and organizations, together with students, in industry-academia.
