Using design to solve problems and connect to business is extremely important, but the premise for this must be a proactive attitude toward issues. The Strategic Design course aims to nurture individuals who can connect such attitudes and academic rigor into practice. I hope that those who are interested in both practice and theory will apply.

- Intellectual Property Law
I specialize in intellectual property law. There are various types of intellectual property law, such as patent law, design law, trademark law, copyright law, etc. Since I came to the Faculty of Design, I have been researching design law more, since the professors around me specialize in design. In particular, I have recently been conducting research on the international harmonization of design protection jurisprudence and the legal protection of AI created designs. In terms of comparative law, I am also interested in French law and am researching French intellectual property law.
