My expertise originally started in product and space design with a focus on the workplace.
My experience at RCA and IDEO led me to expand my field to inclusive design and design thinking in the 2000s. Currently, I am working on new educational programs that integrate design and business entrepreneurship, and societal design research based on inclusive design. I have received many awards, including the German Red Dot Award, IAUD International Award, Good Design Award, and Kids Design Award.
